Shipping:

- Do I have to pay anything for MyHairUp shipping?

No. Right now, you can enjoy completely free shipping for every order.

- How long does it take for the product to arrive?

Shipping includes preparation, shipment, and delivery of your package to your home.

The average preparation and shipping time is between 24 and 72 hours.

On average, our delivery times are:

- 7-9 working days for the USA

- 8-10 working days for the UK, Canada and Australia

- 9-12 working days for Mexico and India

Please note that in exceptional situations (strikes, customs, flight delays) and at certain times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas), the speed of shipments is beyond our control.

(Most orders arrive at the beginning of the average delivery time).

Whether you are at home or work, your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox, as we use packaging formats that allow the delivery person to deliver the package even if you are absent.

Returns

- Return: easy

It would be a shame to want to return a product purchased from MyHairUp.

However, we always respect our customers' decisions, and if this happens to you, we will do our best to accommodate your request in the best possible way.

Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your package, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange the product.

In order for us to validate your return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it.

It must also be returned in its original packaging.

- How to proceed?

Simply send an email to contact@myhairup.com within 30 days of receiving the product, indicating that you would like an exchange or refund.

Don't forget to add your name, address, and the date you placed your order.

We would appreciate it if you could specify the reason for the return, as we are continually looking to improve our offers and services. If you do so, it will help us to improve in some areas, but in the end, it is you who decides if you want to tell us the reason or not.

After receiving your email, we will study your request quickly and inform you of the steps to be taken.

- Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its correct receipt.

We will also inform you of our decision to accept (or reject) your refund request.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit for the amount in question will be automatically refunded to your credit card or applied to your original payment method within a variable time frame that may take several days.

- Delayed or non-arrival refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be an additional delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank.

Often, there is a processing time required before a refund is issued.
